Overview
Recovery Kit needed more than a website — they needed a platform that could handle the full complexity of their hire-based business model. Machines go out, come back, get serviced, go out again. Customers extend hires, change dates, need invoices. There are tasks to track, emails to send, machines to monitor.
I designed and built the entire platform from scratch: a public-facing e-commerce site with Stripe integration for one-off purchases, hires, and subscriptions; a comprehensive admin dashboard for managing bookings, tasks, invoices, fleet, testimonials, and business analytics; and the operational automation that ties it all together.
This isn't a project that was “delivered” and handed off. I continue to develop, maintain, and improve the platform — from SEO optimisation and new features to process automation and operational tooling. The platform grows as the business grows.
